Pilates is a body-conditioning exercise method that focuses on strengthening and flexibility, particularly in the core muscles. Classes involve core engagement and strengthening, body awareness, proper posture and breathing. This class aims to improve your balance, strength and flexibility while promoting overall well-being.No class April 4.
