Studio Design and Tech - Behind the Spotlight

This immersive theatre design program is perfect for creative teens who love
storytelling but prefer to work behind the scenes. Studio Design invites students
to explore theatre from a designer’s perspective through hands-on projects in
set design, prop creation, and costume design, all guided by experienced theatre
professionals. Campers will learn how visual elements shape a story and bring
productions to life while collaborating with peers across studios. Best of all, the
designs created in this program will be used in other Studio productions, giving
students the exciting opportunity to see their work on stage. Ideal for the theatre
kid who thrives in the creative process and prefers running the spotlight rather
than standing in it, Studio Design offers a fun, collaborative environment where
imagination and craftsmanship take center stage. The Second Session of camp is
a whole new experience and is NOT a repeat of the First Session.
