Cardio Core & Balance
Senior Adult / Exercise, Fitness & Dance -
Spring/Summer 2026
A new twist to Cardio & Core, this intermediate to advanced level class is for those who are looking for a more intense workout. This class is done in circuit training style rotating cardio conditioning and strength training for a maximum work out. Both standing and floor exercises are included in this class. Equipment is provided and you can bring your own weights for even more of a workout! There are no prerequisites for this class; however please note this class requires you to be able to get down to the floor and back to standing, with assistance if needed. No class Monday May 25.
