Discovery Sampler: Warrior Yoga

This season, we are excited to offer one-time sampler classes for our afterschool programs. These sampler classes are designed to give participants with disabilities the opportunity to try new activities, learn new skills, and participate alongside peers in afterschool programs. 

Kids Warrior Yoga is a playful and engaging class where children explore traditional yoga poses through exciting themes. This class encourages strength, balance, and mindfulness while sparking creativity and imagination.
