NEW! Fluorescent Pastel Still Life Workshop: Fall I
Join Emerging Artist in Residence Liam Mealey for a hands-on drawing workshop inspired by his own studio practice. While here, take in his stunning exhibition on display in the gallery. Students will work from a nature-themed still life illuminated by black light, using fluorescent pastels to capture a glowing, one-of-a-kind setup. Through techniques including viewfinder composition, pastel value scales, and thumbnail sketching, students will sharpen their observational skills and leave with a vibrant finished drawing. Open to all skill levels; some prior drawing experience is recommended.
