Kids will dig into creativity during this one-day after-school class as they paint their own flower pot and plant fragrant lavender to take home. In just one hour, students will design, decorate, and pot their plant while learning a little about caring for lavender. This hands-on class is perfect for young artists and gardeners alike. A sweet mix of art, nature, and fun! Students attending Moreland Hills Elementary school must update their SDM notes to attend the program. Students without an updated note will not be able to ride the Rec Bus. Any students who will not be attending a class must email knewman@orangecsd.org to confirm their absence.

Get ready to mix, design, and get a little messy in this one-day after-school adventure! Students will create their own colorful DIY garden stepping stone using fun decorations and their imagination. Each child will create a one-of-a-kind stone that’s perfect for a garden, yard, or special keepsake. Creativity, hands-on fun, and big smiles guaranteed!
