FootballYouth football programs are geared to preparing youth athletes for future success on the football field as Orange Lions. Orange Youth Sports offers programs from preschool through 6th grade. Preschool-level flag football classes are geared to a fun introduction to the fundamentals of the game. Flag Football Leagues are designed for those who love football and the fast- paced action of the game in a safe, fundamental based environment- no tackling, no pads, and lots of fun! The Tackle Football program partners with the Cleveland Browns and their growing youth football initiative, Rookie Tackle. This is a fast, safe, and fun adaptation of youth football that includes players of all skill levels. Games are played 7 vs 7 on smaller fields for safer plays and more action.Category -

Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, AEDHealth & FitnessThe course is designed to provide participants with a basic understanding of events which may require a person to need medical attention. Participants will learn how to recognize signs that someone is in danger, and how to react to the situation. Topics discussed will include: how to recognize when someone needs CPR, how to perform high quality CPR on an adult, child and infant, hands on practice with a trainer AED, how to help someone who is choking, etc. Participants will gain exposure and confidence in recognizing an emergency and how to react in emergency situations. Participants will get the opportunity to do hands-on practice of skills discussed in class.
