On Mondays and Fridays, campers will travel to local parks or beaches, then spend the rest of the day on Orange’s campus enjoying the nature trails, outdoor pool, and gym activities. Orange Community Education & Recreation is pleased to offer three 2-week specialized camp sessions for children with disabilities. The camp day will include daily opportunities for socialization through movement, group activities, special visitors, swimming, field trips and much, much more. The camps feature licensed, highly-qualified specialists and smaller group sizes. Note: Registration is based on availability and is first come, first served. Resident registration open 1/26, Nonresident opens 2/13. Dates, Rates and Times: School Age: M-F, 9am - 3pm ($949/Session-$999 nonresident) Pre-K: M-W, 9am - 1pm ($409/Session-$429 nonresident) Sessions: Session One: 6/15 - 6/26 (No camp 6/19) Session Two: 7/6 -7/17 Session Three: 7/20 - 7/31 Registration Process: Answer questions to help us get to know more about your camper and his/her needs. Submit a completed Summer Camp Transition Form (to be completed by a teacher, paraprofessional, therapist or other adult). Upload or submit copies of any relevant medical documentation to Reilly Ford at rford@orangecsd.org. If this is your camper’s first year at camp, or if there have been significant changes to their IEP or 504 plan since last camp season, please submit a copy to Reilly Ford at rford@orangecsd.org. Once the steps described above are completed, you will be contacted with a code to register your camper for each of your requested weeks. At that time, we will ask for your camp payment. You will have an option to pay in full or utilize our payment plan. The payment plan entails a $100 deposit per camp session with an equal installment of the balance due on February 27 and March 20. Refunds requested after March 21st will be subject to a $50 processing fee, no refunds will be granted after May 1st. Weyn Preseason Soccer CampYouth Sports CampsOrange Sports Skills Camps Orange Youth Sports is committed to the skill development of all athletes in the community who strive to be competitive players on the field of. Youth Sports Skills camps will return this summer to provide additional skill opportunities for youth athletes guided by professional coaches. While all camps are expected to be fun and engaging, expect your athlete to emerge as a better player and teammate from these camps. Camps will be run by professional coaches who often have ties to our Orange High School Athletics department or have experience coaching youth players in a developmental setting.
