    Tai chi is an art embracing the mind, body, and spirit. It is one of the most effective exercises for health and well-being. Although tai chi is an art of great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits. It is a lifelong journey for many participants. Tai Chi for Health programs bring reduced stress, improved balance and flexibility, and greater focus to its participants. The forms and movements can be done seated or standing. No class April 30.
