Stretch & RestoreExercise, Fitness & DanceThis fitness class focuses on stretching and restoring while paying attention to core strength to help with fall prevention and balance. In class we will work to improve the way we keep ourselves balanced in everyday life. A variety of seated, standing, walking and posture exercises will be the focus for this class. Strength & BalanceExercise, Fitness & DanceTake the basic Strength and Balance class to begin your journey to better movement. Combining both standing and sitting movements, we work to improve overall strength and basic balance training using light weights, bands, and various exercise balls. All exercises can be modified to each individual’s needs and capabilities. Bring your own weights – all other equipment will be provided. Instructor: Mondays: Patti Ellins Wednesdays: Carolyn Miller.
