Join us as we team up with the Cleveland Metroparks to offer an adaptive kayaking opportunity. Participants will learn how to utilize a paddle to safely explore the water. Kayaking is known as a laid-back, easy-going, and fun summer activity that is approachable to all! All equipment will be provided. Personal Relationship SeminarAdaptive Recreation for Teens & AdultsThis five-week class focuses on building essential skills that support healthy personal relationships. Participants will learn and practice skills such as self-advocacy, boundary setting, communication, emotional awareness, and problem-solving in a safe and supportive environment. Each week builds upon the previous one, allowing participants to strengthen their understanding and apply new strategies through guided discussion, activities, and real-life scenarios.
