Discovery Sampler: Martial Arts

This season, we are excited to offer one-time sampler classes for our afterschool programs. These sampler classes are designed to give participants with disabilities the opportunity to try new activities, learn new skills, and participate alongside peers in afterschool programs. 

Taekwondo provides your participant with a solid foundation in important character traits like courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, it helps improve gross motor skills while boosting your child's focus and ability to follow instructions.
