Beginning students will master the rules and moves of the pieces. More experienced players will learn strategy, tactics, and checkmate patterns.

Never tried a yoga class? Do you have balance or mobility concerns? Have you had a joint replacement or surgery? No problem. This is the class for you! This fun compassionate class is customized for all ages and all abilities. Chair, standing, and wall poses are used—no need to get on the floor! The focus will be on improving your balance, flexibility and strength.

Whether you’re looking to compete or just have a relaxed day outdoors, this program offers a great way to socialize, stay active, and enjoy the fresh air. Students with special needs work alongside theatre professionals, licensed staff and experienced volunteers. Each performer is paired with a buddy who assists in all day activities such as acting, dance, voice, arts and crafts, and daily swims. Students will present a free workshop production on the last day of camp for family and friends. Choreography adapted to individual needs. All abilities welcome! Everyone has an opportunity to shine.

Flag Football Leagues Grades 3 - 6 Flag Football is back for all of our future football stars here in the community! Boys grades 3-4 will participate in the Chagrin Valley Conference youth football league, while all other programs will compete against participants in our community. Players will be selected to evenly competitive teams. Jerseys will be provided. Week 5: Step into a land of knights, princesses, and mythical creatures with this returning OAC camp favorite (with new projects)! This enchanting camp takes young artists on a journey through famous tales and heroic adventures. Campers will create magical art inspired by legendary kingdoms! Daily activities include playful storytelling and imaginative role-play to deepen their connection to the stories they love. With each project, kids will develop their creativity and artistic skills, all while building their very own captivating kingdom! Campers will have a week full of artmaking but will also partake in exciting activities such as gameplay, storytime, snacktime, outdoor exploration, and making new friends. Art Camps are offered in two sessions at 9:00 -11:30 am and afternoons 12:30 - 3:00 pm each week. Interested in a full-day? We are back! The fun of cartooning and character design is all wrapped into one! In this class, young artists will learn to design iconic characters that tell engaging, fun stories through group exercises, presentations, and self-directed projects. Learn how to draw characters with personalities, draw expressions, use color to communicate moods, and more! By the end of the class, students will have individual projects that encapsulate their iconic characters and character narratives. Students' final projects are self-directed to encourage characters and stories reflecting each young artist's interests, skills, and creativity. Grades 3 - 5 in the morning, teens grades 6 - 9 in the afternoon. New and returning students are welcome. All supplies provided.
