Strength & BalanceExercise, Fitness & DanceTake the basic Strength and Balance class to begin your journey to better movement. Combining both standing and sitting movements, we work to improve overall strength and basic balance training using light weights, bands, and various exercise balls. All exercises can be modified to each individual’s needs and capabilities. Bring your own weights – all other equipment will be provided. No class January 19, February 6 & March 9. Kids Warrior Yoga (Gr. K-5)Active FunKids Warrior Yoga is a playful and engaging class where children explore traditional yoga poses through exciting themes such as superheroes, animals, camping, etc along with interactive games and yoga themed books. This class encourages strength, balance, and mindfulness while sparking creativity and imagination. Children learn to connect their bodies and minds in a joyful way, building confidence and focus as they move, breathe, and grow together. No class February 2 and February 16. Students attending Moreland Hills Elementary school must update their SDM notes to attend the program. Students without an updated note will not be able to ride the Rec Bus.
