Stagecrafters Summer Stock Presents: GodspellPerformances: August 7 & 8, 2026 Please be familiar with the content, plot, and music of the show prior to auditioning. This is an accelerated process with a two-week rehearsal period, so we ask that all participants come prepared and ready to jump in. Godspell (2012 Revised Version) Music and Lyrics: Stephen Schwartz Book and Concept: John-Michael Tebelak AUDITIONSJune 22 and 23 at 4:30-8:30 PM (Mandatory DANCE CALL 6:00-7:00pm both days) 📍 Orange High School Auditions will be scheduled in advance in 10-minute time slots. Once you register, you will receive a link to select your audition time. A dance call will be held both days from 6:00–7:00 PM. All auditioners should plan to schedule their vocal audition either before or after the dance call. Please prepare a 32-bar cut of a song to be performed with an accompanist. Please bring sheet music that is clearly marked and prepared. Due to the wide range of musical styles in this show, we encourage you to choose a song that best suits your voice and performance style, rather than trying to match the style of the show. Callbacks Callbacks will be held on June 25 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, with June 26 reserved if needed. Not receiving a callback does not necessarily mean you will not be cast. We do our best to see everything we need throughout the audition process. August 3 – August 710:00 AM–10:00 PM @ Orange High School (OHS) PERFORMANCESFriday, August 7 at 7:00 PM – OHSSaturday, August 8 at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM – OHS FEES $379 – Participation Fee (includes $50 deposit* and $75 room and board fee at Ursuline College)A $50 deposit will be charged upon registration. The remaining balance of $329 will be processed on the first day of rehearsal. If a performer is not cast, no additional payment will be processed and the deposit will be fully refunded. If a performer is cast and chooses not to participate, Stagecrafters reserves the right to retain the deposit. $75 – Costume Fee Paid directly to the Stagecrafters Parent Production Team via check or Venmo (@Parent-Production) prior to the first rehearsal. POLICIES Deposit Information A $50 deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot in the overnight portion of the program at Ursuline College. This allows us to plan for housing and program logistics and helps secure your room and board in the Summer Stock experience. If a performer is not cast, the deposit will be fully refunded. If a performer is cast and chooses not to participate, Stagecrafters reserves the right to retain the deposit. Casting PolicyPlease note that this is a cut program, and while we always aim to include as many performers as possible, casting will ultimately be determined by the needs of the show. Take the basic Strength and Balance class to begin your journey to better movement. Combining both standing and sitting movements, we work to improve overall strength and basic balance training using light weights, bands, and various exercise balls. All exercises can be modified to each individual’s needs and capabilities. Bring your own weights – all other equipment will be provided. Instructor: Mondays: Patti Ellins Wednesdays: Carolyn Miller. Tai chi is an art embracing the mind, body, and spirit. It is one of the most effective exercises for health and well-being. Although tai chi is an art of great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits. It is a lifelong journey for many participants. Tai Chi for Health programs bring reduced stress, improved balance and flexibility, and greater focus to its participants. The forms and movements can be done seated or standing. No class April 30.
