Strength & Balance
Take the basic Strength and Balance class to begin your journey to better movement. Combining both standing and sitting movements, we work to improve overall strength and basic balance training using light weights, bands, and various exercise balls. All exercises can be modified to each individual’s needs and capabilities. Bring your own weights – all other equipment will be provided. No class January 19, February 6 & March 9. Cardio Core & Balance
A new twist to Cardio & Core, this intermediate to advanced level class is for those who are looking for a more intense workout. This class is done in circuit training style rotating cardio conditioning and strength training for a maximum work out. Both standing and floor exercises are included in this class. Equipment is provided and you can bring your own weights for even more of a workout! There are no prerequisites for this class; however please note this class requires you to be able to get down to the floor and back to standing, with assistance if needed. A classic hatha yoga class in an accessible, supportive and beginner-friendly environment! Some floor exercises are done in this class. Ballet For Balance
Learn the art and language of ballet to find balance and increase flexibility. This class will incorporate stretching to increase mobility in muscles and joints. Balance exercises will increase awareness of proper body alignment during movement. Please wear comfortable socks or ballet slippers. No previous experience required. -
Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming is a dynamic cardiovascular workout that combines drumming, rhythm, and music. Participants typically use drumsticks to hit an exercise ball placed on a bucket, following the rhythm of the music. The exercise can also incorporate dance moves and steps, enhancing the overall experience. No Class February 6 -

Throughout this course the focus will be on using resistance to gain muscle mass and increase bone density, and reduce injury risks. This course can be done at any intensity. This fitness class focuses on stretching and restoring while paying attention to core strength to help with fall prevention and balance.
